We are open from (AM9:30-PM 5:30) .Please have the following things with you when checking in: 1) Charge of monthly contract annual fee 6,000 yen. 2) Charge for the period of staying. 3) Guarantee money. 4) A passport with relevant visa or Alien registration is required for identification of foreign residents.

| About the contract |
| The contract is made for one month in principle. We also accept one week ( 1 week = 8 days 7 nights) and in some area we have 3-4 days campaign prices. The contract is very simple no need for extra fee or guarantor. |

| About the utilities expenses |
The utility fee are not included in the rent. It may vary from time to time.
Please check for the prices , usually from 630yen/day (single room ) to 830yen/day (double room).
※Please understand that the basic charge starts even when there is no use.

The use charge paid at once cannot be refund in case of the check-out before the expiry date.
Please always confirm your check out day. Usually the check out is 10 o`clock in the morning.
When checking out deposit is refunded minus parts of the utility for the last period of staying and cleaning fee.
